Mountain Select Properties of Ashe, now known as ERA Mountain Select Properties is now licensed to list and sell real estate in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We are excited!

After a number of months of red tape, numerous learning and helpful communications and understanding how to do it the Virginia way, ERA Mountain Select Properties recently received official notification that their Virginiia Real Estate License was now Active. At the same time, word was also received that the license for Owner, Broker in Charge Walt Petersen was likewise activated.  

Other Mountain Select staff agents, Beverly Black, are now moving forward in the process of acquiring their Virginina licenses, as well.
